Instructions for Use
- The Heatbomb is supplied with a male connector on the inlet side and female on the outlet (hot) side.
- Connect hoses. When using multiple hose lengths always site the Heatbomb nearest the wand end.
- Connect to 13A socket and switch 3 switches on. Allow thermal block to reach temperature for a few moments.
- NOTE: this is a high-powered item and extension leads must be suitable and all plugs in good condition. Aways try to connect into a different circuit than your machine if possible. If a plug gets hot then try a different socket or check the plug wiring.
- Keep children and pets away, stand the Heatbomb on a board if placing on heat sensitive materials.
- Use only switch 1 for lower temperature work. (the one nearest the outlet connector)
- Ensure all hoses and tools are suitable for high temperature. Plastic solution hose will not be. The Heatbomb may also increase the pressure due to steam expansion.
- Steam may vent into the handle reservoir during operation. If vac hoses are not attached then remove a black endcap and empty the reservoir at the end of the job. Note – always keep black endcaps fitted with small breather hole to top when vac hoses are not attached.
- Always release the pressure before disconnecting hoses.
- Be aware that your hoses may get very hot so take precautions if working on heat sensitive items and materials.
Note: all in-line heaters have their limitations. The temperature of the water going in and the amount of water flowing through will vary the performance.
There is NOT a more powerful heater available than the Heatbomb.

HEAT COIL
The heatbomb has a 316 grade stainless thermal transfer coil installed to be totally resistant to any chemicals. The connection fittings are fully welded to the coil ends giving a leak free life.
PIPES
All the pipes in the Heatbomb are high pressure and temperature resistant. Stainless steel fittings are used on these pipes that will never corrode.
CONSTRUCTION
All stainless steel casing, it’s ultra compact, easy to carry and store. Heavy duty rubber mains cable is tough and easy to wind.
THERMAL TRANSFER BLOCK
This is a large aluminium block that stores the heat from the elements. It’s BIG, probably the biggest on the market which helps the efficiency to be the best.
THERMOSTATS
The Heatbomb is a high-power device using 3 element cores. Each core can be operated independently.
BACK PRESSURE VALVE
The Heatbomb is fitted with a special backpressure preventer valve to stop pressure going back down the line to the machine pump and causing damage.
